I've had a look in the transport section of the rules and can only see the 4+ pseudo save. Speaking of the save - can I elect not to take it? e.g, fully laden rhinos with a single tactical squad requiring coherency slowing the transports down. Could I choose to not save that tactical squad thereby giving me my full movement with the rhinos? Jump infantry have a carve out because they're basically wearing parachutes. Ground transports, models get a 4+ save.
