Hey everyone.

You may have noticed that http://realmofplastic.com is down. My payment method expired, but Squarespace want me to renew at a way higher rate and I can't justify the cost.

Sorry, but RoP is done. Thanks to everyone who used & supported the site over the years.

 

 

Per an announcement from Jemma on Twitter, Realm of Plastic is no more. The site hosted a variety of name generators for various Warhammer 40,000 factions, amongst other things.

I was a late discoverer of Realm of Plastic, so I'm grateful to have known it before now.

The archive appears functional (with a few gaps here and there), so their great work hasn't been condemned to the memory hole yet.

Gonna be honest, I named half the cast of Stormground with those name generators. Definitely snagged Ignius Smokeseer and Ichorian and Bronkestus, off the top of my head.
