It affects Marines in general but at least DAs, SWs and UMs can take a Chapter Master with CP generation abilities.

I like all of our new head sculpts that we've seen, just some of the painting looks a little off.

This is how 'EM paints all faces these days and they all look ugly.

I also don't get why they don't paint eyebrows!! 

 

It makes the head look weird
