Warhammer+ Minis for Year 4

When I go to resubscribe it's still showing the year 3 minis.  Am I in the wrong place?

It'll depend on when you started the WH+ subscription if you are on yearly.

 

I didn't pick it up too November of last year, so mine doesn't re-up until then. It should say right on the website.

Can I buy any special mini I want with a subscription?

 

Can I buy multiples?

 

How long do I have to wait with a subscription before I can buy minis?

 

I was never interested until these new minis were showcased.

To my knowledge, you must have a sub to buy *any* of the minis, and you have to stay subbed for 1 year to get access to the current mini *or* you pay for a year up front. As far as multiples I’ve never tried, but I think you can.

None of the WH+ exclusive minis have been made available for general sale so far as far as I'm aware. Need a sub to get one and then they're gone.

 

You get one of the two exclusive minis for the current year for free and can purchase the other for £26.

 

No to multiples. I tested changing the quantity when I ordered mine and it wasn't possible. Presume to cut down on scalping.

 

If you pay for the year upfront I think you can order it fairly quickly. If you pay monthly you have to wait until the end of the year.

Yeah I front loaded my year, they make you wait I believe one month then you can grab the mini. So I misspoke earlier when I said I subbed in November, I think I subbed in October around when the SM codex dropped.

I will say that if you are looking for one of the minis without subbing, and without paying out gobs on eBay, you might be able to find one at an FLG event in the USA (if you're in the US). The last couple I've been to have had some of the various "exclusive" minis (WH+, store anniversary, BL, etc...) for sale in their secondhand shop store thingy for at or less than the GW price. They usually have good deals on a bunch of stuff, but I was surprised to find multiple exclusives for sale.

No... from my experience their system doesn't talk to itself sometimes. 

Did you change subscription type at any point? Did you annual subscribe *before* the launch date? Did you unsubscribe, only to resubscribe later? 
If so you are entitled to compensation. 

 

Seriously though, if you did do any of those, there is a good chance something has gone wrong. Just contact them and they should sort you out. 

 

In my example, I subscribed year 1 as monthly. Then changed it to Annual for year 2, but changed 5 days too early, so that confused their system and I had to contact them to get the mini early because it still thought it was on monthly sub (even though it said annual). 

Again for year 3, I had to contact them as the model part still thinks it's monthly.

Year 4, I changed back to monthly, and the year 3 mini option has gone from my list (because I had to cancel sub to change), so it's a good shout that I got it earlier! Even though all my payments on history are there, and I'm still subbed "continuously" through the whole thing. 

 

So yeah, there are different parts to their subscription system, and not all of them seem to line up with each other.

I too, am in this boat, HOWEVER, I chose to not fix BECAUSE, when they send it out from Customer Service it doesn't properly check off. SO, at the 12 month part I'm offered to "purchase" them again, this allows me to get two of each model, each year (one free, 3 paid for).
