I know I make a lot of these types of posts, but you guys are always helpful so here goes.

I need to paint some sisters of silence.

I need a good flesh recipe

I need a good hair recipe

I've seen the hair painted black and or red? Not sure if this is cannon or just what people do

I've seen the flesh mostly light but I also want some variety in there as well. Our skin tones are all different after all, as is our hair.

Sisters of Silence come from all over the galaxy, and their fluff is explicit about they having a wide range of looks in 40k after millenia of being scattered in small groups with divergent traditions. The models are more like the idealized version of them in 30k.

The only real limitation is choosing a combination of hair/skin that looks good along their gold/silver armour.

To ad to this, while the gold and silver is the common colours are they not the only one, we have seen SoS that are red, black, or bone and GW have stablished that there are more colours out there.

GW has basically established lore where the modern Sisters of Silence can use any color scheme that you want, much like the Adeptus Astartes (see the October 2019 issue of White Dwarf magazine).

Do you have the Citadel Colour app? It has paint recipes for various types of skin colorations. And it's free. If you don't have it and can't/won't get it, I can provide the various recipes from the app.

GW have tutorials up for blonde hair, black hair, various skin-tones, and pale skin - don't know if any of those are any help?

Guilliman Flesh does a pretty good job for skin (and you can add Contrast Medium to it to reduce the strength of the tint), and Formula P3 has some nice skin colours in it if you want to do it "the long way".

ok so then i need some variety recipes for different color skins and hair

Guilliman Flesh on white as a base and then vary applying different brown tone washes (type, concentration) can give a variety of flesh tones. You can get cooler tones using light blue as a base and diluting the Guilliman Flesh.
