Baxeus Posted September 18 Share Posted September 18 Hello everyone I'm Baxeus (Backs-E-US). I'm fairly new to Warhammer and am looking to get into the tabletop game later this week at my local shop. I've been doing a lot of lore reading and listening on Adeptus Astartes, The Emperor and the Dark Angels Chapter. there's so much to WH40K, is there anywhere specifically I should start? Dr_Ruminahui Posted September 18 Share Posted September 18 Welcome Baxeus! My recommendation is start with whatever interests you! It sounds like you are really into the lore and story aspect of it, but as I'm not so much into that (my main focus is converting and painting), I will leave recommendations in that area to others. Good place to start with such questions is Amicus for the imput of more general interest hobbyists, or the Black Library for those dedicated specifically to the story telling side of the hobby. Look forward to seeing you around, though as it appears you are a deluded follower of the corpse emperor, our paths may not cross often.
