I heard a rumour that GW will release a new version of BFG set in the Horus Heresy at some point. TBH it seems like such a low-hanging fruit I don't know why they haven't done it yet. You basically need 3-4 boxes per side and you're basically done. One battleship, one cruiser, one escorts and then one light cruiser for the Imperials and one grand cruiser for the heretics. If the game does well, you can expand from there to include the imperial grand cruisers and stuff like that.

 

Although what with the setting being HH, they might just release a single fleet first meant to represent both sides, kind of like it is for Titanicus.

Seeing as I have tons of (printed) Eldar ships and no other factions currently, I hope they don't rerelease it as a HH spinoff.  But I'd probably buy ships if they did, I guess.  We have been trying to get BFG started locally but real life has prevented it so far.
