Carsoran Tabar and terminators

Can a terminator, any, with access to Carsoran weapons, have a Carsoran Tabar and a combi-bolter/combi-weapon/ranged weapon(heavy/plasmablaster,volkite,...)?

Usually, you get a Carsoran weapon,Axe or Tabar in exchange for a Power Weapon, with no extra cost, if you play SoH or Blackshield with access to SoH armoury. The Carsoran Tabar is two handed, so my doubt is if a terminator can get one and still have a ranged weapon and use both, one shooting and the other in close combat.

As far as I know there aren't any rules on how much kit models can physically lug around. For example, a champion on foot will start with pistol & chainsword, and gain a paragon blade free on top, and could then buy a nemesis bolter, melta bombs, and a boarding shield and happily lug it all around. And there are loads of examples of this.
 

The two handed restriction only comes in when calculating attacks in melee. The fact he's also got a combi bolter strapped to his belt doesn't stop him using it.
