The Crusade Club

Hey folks. I was inspired by the Banner of the Month news today. I don't have great banner skills, so I'm not sure I'll ever enter, but I liked the spirit of Club Banners, and got me rethinking my own pet -project. As some of you may know, I've been posting campaign content to a "Club" called the Chronicles of Saint Katherine's Aegis for quite some time now. There was never a lot of interest or traffic, because naming the "Club" after my own personal campaign made the whole thing all about me... Which meant it wasn't really much of a club at all. I'm hoping to change that today. 

 

For me, narrative campaigning is, and always has been the true spirit of 40k, and I wanted to create a place where people could find and participate in discussions specifically about narrative campaigning- whether that is Crusade. the soon to be defunct* Spec-Ops, or even just linked narrative missions telling stories over time without progression.  I know that some members may post these kinds of things in other forums, but it was always a challenge to sift through the Batrep section looking specifically for ongoing Campaigns, or the rules section looking specifically for Narrative Campaign Frame works and homebrew Crusade content. 

 

But if you do want to be a part of a community of campaign players, please stop by and post a few details about your experiences with campaigning in GW's Far Future games.
