Nice work.

How is exactly the Omega Marine Symbol? Is it this Omega (reverse UM symbol) with a skull inside?

I guess that it can be done with 2 decals, one other the other. Yet it requires a coat of mat varnish on the Omega before putting the skull otherwise you ruin everything...  Hard stuff is white skull on white Reverse UM symbol. Makes the skull edges no to lowly defined.

Made this decal Sheet. Been looking into it and it seems if you print with a Laser printer it is not that bad. but if you print with ink jet you need to need to coat it with poly primer or the likes of that. And you need the special transfer paper comes in white and transparent. Haven't gotten that far yet but found a friend with a laser color printer so it is in the works.

Jump Captain. Unsure what to color the helmets. Basically the only thing I could find about the helmet colorations is that veterans have a black helmet. sorry is the image is bad hard to capture something white and black.

Personally, I think the split colour head is more attractive than the straight black one.

Also, I'm a bit confused that this guy would have a solid helmet and the terminator would not - I may not be up-to-date on my space marine lore, but my understanding that all terminators are veterans as well and, by that reasoning, at least, I would expect them to share helmet colours with this guy.

Yeah you are probably correct. I should change that.

Personally, if you are going to differentiate veterans by the helmets, I would do so in some way that preserved the split colour, as I think that is a very attractive part of your regular models.

Or, if you go with a solid colour, I don't know if I would go black, as it doesn't really draw attention to the head of the model.  If you want to stick with one of your main colours, I think an all white head would look better as it would better draw attention and accentuate the details of what is a natural focal point of the model.

Red might also work, but maybe not on your jumping veteran, who already has quite a bit of red in that area of the model - I think it would look nice on the terminator, however, who doesn't or the jumping model if you did the shoulder trim (and possibly the decorative ropes) in a different colour.

Interesting. I don't have VMC Copper, but I do have a bronze and TTC Sepia...

Might do that for my Librarian that's arriving today.

Yea not sure how they compare. Cant remember what I used it on first. It came in a set with 4 bottles of metal. but yea I think it looks cool. This a is a airbrush paint so it is really flowy and easy to paint with some overspill at times but not too bad.

Here is next to Retributor armor. not sure if that helps but it is the only thing i have on hand from GW. The vallejo paint runs so smooth compared to the GW paint. Normally I use a wet pallet for GW so it is a bit unfair i guess.
