This seemed to be the only place you could order what I imagine is a very in demand issue due to the discount offered! The release dates shown by Buy Mags Direct seem to be one week after the date they're available in shops/from Hachette, so yeah normally you get them 7-10 days "late" (similar for Newstand - I only got my 39 from them last Friday, despite it having been released to shops the week before that) That said, as far as I can tell Combat Patrol is completely gone from Buy Mags Direct for new orders so who knows what's going on there. Nothing to suggest it was subscriber only however the QR code didnt work and a quick google only comes up with the same link as the start of this thread from March (subscriber only, £75)Terrain Special Interesting the leaflet is a different price so I wonder if we can expect to see this come up soon for 'general' release. Their response? I'm wondering whether to buy 3 of issue 47 to give me 6 koptas? Or is that too big a risk? They did similar with the gaunts and terminator issues. Halandaar Posted June 13 Author Share Posted June 13 Yeah they do tend to front load the two sprues in the first issue, but then put the bases for all the models in the second as @lhg033 says. Obviously you can always buy loose bases from eBay if you're just looking for raw number of models but once you've done that the saving of buying 3x 2-model issues will be reduced versus just buying 2x2-model and 2x1-model. Another thing to consider is that the specific Deffkopta with the big bomb (as opposed to the rockets) might be the one on its own in issue 48, so if you bought 3x issue 47 you potentially wouldn't get that loadout. Not sure if that presents a problem rules-wise this edition. If anyone ordered this did you receive a confirmation email? I haven't received anything but my money has been taken. I swore I wouldn't use hachette directly after the last cluster-shambles I had with dealing with them. I hope it's not going to be a repeat.
