Tried 3 different cards to order the new BA stuff from my phone, none could be authorized.

 

tried logging in on my computer can’t log in.

tried resetting password keeps telling me can’t be same as my old password.

 

click the customer service link and try selecting the contact us’ option and the page doesn’t change.

 

anyone else having issues?

Do GW handle their IT in house? Surely it would benefit them to spend a little more so that customers can use it and thus spend more on their products.

 

I see it said a lot on the Internet that GW has a problem with nepotism when it comes to IT contracts.

Having the same issue again.

had it at the start of last month too, had it last night as well.

 

i was reminded of this purchase when I got an email from GW that my voucher is about to expire.

already emailed GW customer service about the issue…but this janky ass website can’t be helping their overall sales right?

I highly recommend to use their live chat option, it's way faster and convenient.

Happened to me as well :confused:, that's why I prefer the live chat, though this can happen with live chat as well, it's just suddenly not listed as an option :laugh:, but I'm just trying again every 20 minutes till I get the live chat option. 

But calling them is way way better in terms of resolving the problem, they can contact the right department about your problem on the spot, live chat support sometimes can't help you or they give wrong info etc.

Well, not really an issue, but I just noticed the change in the organization of the paint section of GW website. Is it only me, or do you see this change as a degradation in the ergonomy of filter managment too?

Getting a standard sorting by paint type that you cannot (or at least that I did not succeed to) change makes the search difficult. I am not sure most of the hobbiist, especifically the newest ones, will appreciate the differences between paint grades and will spend time scanning evrything in order to meet their ideal colour (tone nd etxture) for their project...

 

I don´t like it.

Is anyone else having issues seeing this week’s preorders.  I’m not seeing anything across all categories.

 

EDIT: Disregard.  Apparently everything is delayed this week in the Oz/Kiwi regions.  Everything is showing on the Japanese website.
