I've got the forge world one and it is stunning. I'll be intrigued to see the difference between the 40k and FW one.

Dual kit maybe. Lord and Cacophonist, or generic character and named character, Invocatus style.

 

Or maybe it just has weapon options and some alternate heads and such.

Well I originally thought he’d have feathered wings like he did in other arts and that his skin would be more of a purple then a light pink but now that’s out the window lolI think this is gonna be the main design reference for a 40K design

As far as I'm aware, the Lord in the Launch boxset and the Lord with the Organ Sound power pack are two different kits.

I can tell you one major difference between FW Fulgrim Transfigured and the 40k one...the 40k one will be half the price  especially with 3rd party discounts

Yeah it will be , 2 different design teams for 40K and 30k as well as 10k years or warp different he will probably look more demonic , a darker purple and his armour more sinister , I think he will have a whip like his old epic scale model but the rest will be posing

They probably won’t live stream Christmas Day but I imagine for the space wolves detachment at the bottom it will just be like “see you tomorrow for a Christmas surprise….”

Valrak said he didn't know if the 3 man unit were Termies.

They could have a DG situation where they have a 3 man Terminator unit and a more normal 5 man unit (in this case the 5 man would be the base CSM Termies, like WE)
