XBox requires a 25 digit code, the provided code is only 12 digits, and i can't find anywhere within SM2 to enter a code, anyone been able to get this to work?

You talking about the preorder bonuses?  Might be a code you redeem through Xbox directly. Or on Sabers website (on the PC version in the bottom right of the main menu there's a way to link accounts, that's how I did it).

No, it's code that was just given in an email the last hour or so

These are redeemed via Games ● PROS (prismray.io), link your space marine 2 account to them to get it

 Amazing, thankyou.  For anyone else, on the desktop, top right of screen, click your username and select enter code.
