The current edition of Killteam (KT24) has no offical campaign rules as of present. zulu.tango
I have no experience with stargrave so I can't effectively weigh in on that, but compared to necroumunda the combat is somewhat similar. Its an I go-You go system where players take turns alternating activating operatives/models until all have been activated. There are fewer unique stats for kill-team operatives, however most operatives have unique abilities or actions that separate them from other members of the kill-team. Each kill-team also has a team-wide rule that helps to define how they play. Kill team also has Strategic and Firefight ploys (Strategic ploys generally effect the round, Firefight ploys only last a single activation/instance) activated using command points. Its been ages since I've played Necromunda, but broadly speaking I would say that KT is more streamlined and crunchy, while necromunda is more robust and fluffy.
