Firstborn vs. Primaris model height difference

I'm looking to rebase my Firstborn models onto current base sizes, but I also would like to add some height to the models in order to bring them close to Primaris model height. My plan is to run my models as their Primaris equivalents, but I know LOS is an issue with that, hence adding height to my Firstborns' bases. Can someone give me a rough estimate of the height difference between Firstborn and Primaris models (assuming a basic, non-action pose, just standing up mostly straight)? And same question for Firstborn vs Primaris Dreadnought height?

Here's a size comparison between a converted Primaris Marine (using Tactical arms, head and backpack and lots of resculpting but with no height changes) and a metal Firstborn captain. The Primaris is slightly raised by virtue of the sculpted base, but hopefully this gives some idea.

The easiest way to make up the height is to glue the models on their old bases on top the new, larger bases and the build up the empty area on the new base to the height of the old base, and then match the basing style.

I was hoping it would be (at least close to) this easy. That makes me so happy.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone, this helps me immensely.
