Oh my (Dark) God…finally!

The extended banding and trim around the edge of the shoulderpad is basically in line with the wider CSM design... the lower right one has studs reminiscent of Mk VI but the rest of the shape is all wrong and the two could be straight out of the Legionaries kit but with an EC icon.

 

"The Ecstatic Epistle" will presumably be the irregular preview articles for EC until they drop next year then...?

I like the studded leather, and am super excited that we're going to be getting previews like this in general.

 

The lack of any speakers does make me think that they're going for a post-2016 Black Library style Emperor's Children (ie. where it's not a legion entirely made up of '96-2016 style Noise Marines); which is not to my taste, but at least many others will be happy.
