I think they still have a few HH books to release before moving on to the Scouring. The Horus Primarch book and the Age of Ruin anthology at least that we know about.

There is no saying when that Horus book might release and its not connected to when they release other HH books.

Mind you I know not much about that, but somehow "rise and slaughter of humanity" connected with the scouring to me.

Though I guess technically it would fit the crusade era better... depends, are humanity the ones doing the slaughtering or getting slaughtered in that sentence. ( to be sure, that sentence can have both meanings in english right ?)

 

That said.. if last few themes are anything to go by, it will have very little relevance to the actual previewshow ;)

No leaks for 40k, for AoS they will likely show the leaked Hobgrot.

Also thats only for leaks, in term of reliable rumours we have a ton that should be getting confirmed at this show ^^

They haven't done the countdowns and early silhouettes for a number of previews now. I'm not sure exactly when but I think it was when they changed the preview format. If anything they just send a newsletter and post a WarCom article saying the preview is starting soon about an hour beforehand and the thumbnail has a handful of silhouettes.

On the right is probably a TOW Empire character (holding a gun over his shoulders) and beside them an AoS Goblin wolflord.

 

Thing in the middle is very interesting. Something Daemonic? (For Heresy?)

The mounted leader is a named character for Krieg.  I like the model but bummed it's not just a mounted marshal.

 

New Combat Patrol coming with $100 of rough riders is kinda funny when it's a Krieg release.  No Krieg Combat Patrol is also a head scratcher.  Command squad without anyone to attach to is another head scratcher.

 

Rogal Dorn Tank Commanders is nice though!

Yeah, I know Herohammer is the order of the day now, but if there's one (sub)faction where named character models have no place, it's the Death Korps.
