I actually have a hard time coming up with what's left to update with Eldar now. All aspects pretty much covered? We're missing what, 1 phoenix lord? (Striking scorpions?)

Are we entering bizzaro world where the oldest Eldar models are some of their vehicles? (like the Vyper and Falcon, which have by the way aged incredibly gracefully...)

Yeah, after these the oldest Eldar mini will be Karandras (1994), followed by the Vyper (1997) and Falcon (1998).

After that it's the Wave Serpent frame (2005), the War Walker, Wraithlord annd Dire Avengers (all 2006) and then the Fire Prism/Nightspinner frame and the Support Weapons kit (both 2010)

Biggest issue with the Vyper (and other vehicles) I say is probably the size of the crew compared to the rest of the army.

That said I still hope it gets renewed, much the same way I want a renewed (40k era) Land Raiders. They're some of the most iconic models of their respective ranges. The vyper in particular informed a lot design language for Eldar Vehicles going forward.

Aside from what's been mentioned above, Prince Yriel, IIlic Nightspear and Autarch Skyrunners could also do with an update - mostly due to them being finecast, and the only official Autarch Skyrunner model is mounted in the horrid old jetbike model. I'm not sure if they're even stocked by GW right now or if they got semi-retired into the stock rotation thing they like to do.

The Vyper is the main one I'd like to see updated because the crew look wildly out of date now. The actual design is fine, but it could easily be improved on.

The Wraithlord is also fairly old now, though it is a fine kit. I wouldn't mind an improved version of it though, perhaps with some more posing options.

But it is a really good time to be an Eldar player when the kits you can hope for updates on are the ones above, instead of some of the painfully old models that have made it into their 30s!

New Eldar vehicles would be nice but I hope they don't change them too much at the design level. They kinda got the look of the models right the first time, it's just that the molds are pretty worn out at this point and the crew could maybe do with a glow-up.

The Wraithlord is borderline perfect and I don't think needs an update. Only issue is some mold lines.

One sad thing I did notice; the Warp Spider Exarch is missing his thigh-webs. Booooo. Still a great looking kit though.

Extra tangent re: Wraithlord.

:cuss: my wallet just sprouted legs and is making a break for the garage.

That Krieg box, oh my goodness, I might become a Guard enjoyer. Those artillery pieces are just... :woot:

The Aeldari too, those phoenix lords are stunning minis. I don't think I need two new armies at once, but I'll probably pick up Baharroth as a painting project. What an amazing model.

So this covers all of Guard and Aeldari, right?

I don't think there's been a tease of "more stuff to be announced later" for either.

Next up on the list is Imperial Knights and after that we have no clue.

Black Templars, Spacewolves and Grey Knights are the Imperium factions who we don't have a timeline for yet.

Leagues of Votann and Drukhari are the Xenos armies we don't have a timeline for.

Literally every Chaos faction bar CSM are also unaccounted for.

With Daemons stated to be getting four Detachments during Grotmas, I think we might be losing their independent Codex entirely (hopefully they keep the index Detachment tourney legal if that's the case).

That said, if anyone else can think of 4 extra Daemon detachments beyond just the 4 Chaos Gods getting their own, feel free to tell me I've misread that.
