Hello All. I recently started collecting Mechanicus for a changeup and I'm trying to build up to a 2k list, but I'm not sure if its effective. My thought is to go heavy on the Kastelans and armor but was wondering how well they synergize. Any recommendations or critiques are appreciated as I have yet to play in 10ed, list was made in Battlescribe.

Hi. On the paper it is a list that is probably worth another. There are yet a few points that may deserve giving them a though.

First, point value used are not the updated ones. Some units changed in value and this may lead you to reorganize your unit selection.

Second, for such a vehicle heavy army the lack of engineseer is curious.

Third, but it is a personnal view, I am not a fan of the cohort cybernetica, except at maximizing the number of Kastellans. But it is a personal preference.

How do you plan equiping your units? Which wespons for the vehicles? It matters too. For example full blaster robots differ in uses and tactics from full powerglove...
