How would you do an Adeptus Ministorum/Ecclesiarchy force to go with some Black Templars?

I'd like to do a small (500 points or so) collection of Adeptus Ministorum/Ecclesiarchy force to go alongside my Black Templars for thematic games. I'm short on knowledge and ideas and long on need [for advice] lol. Thanks :)

I'm not sure if it would be any good in game terms, but a Penitent Host Sororitas force might be a good way to represent the various loonies that follow the BT around? (I'm picturing the 3rd Ed box art here)

You could have Repentia as your basic poorly armoured robed troops.

Sacresants could counts-as Crusaders with their power weapons and big shields.

Throw in a few arco-flaggelants?

Ministorum Priests, as well as other characters like Imagifiers or Dogmata could represent the various standard bearers or minor characters?

Well, as far as Ecclesiarchy armed forces go in lore, there is really just the SoB. Due to the Ministorum not being allowed to have men under arms (the Decree Passive), the SoB are their main military might. So any SoB force would really work fine, just themed to what exactly you want to showcase.

There are some ways around just the SoB route though-

Crusaders of the Cardinals Crimson - As mentioned above. They are specially trained bodyguards that will accompany members of the Ministorum. A suitably converted force could showcase them as more than just the big shield and power sword guys we've seen before- think of them as the Swiss Guard or various Praetorian-style elite bodyguard units.

Frateris Militia - The holy mob. Untrained, fanatical citizens who feel the power of the Emperor urging them towards holy crusade. Look to the Redemptionists/House Cawdor of Necromunda, a massive of zealots and crazies with random weaponry.

LMAO that made me laugh, it's so true!

Thanks.

Imperial Agents lets you take a few loonies that would probably work and be perfectly legal to field with BT.

Ministorum Priest - self explanatory

Inquisitorial Agents - can represent the Priest's retinue, as they can join them and you don't need an Inquisitor to take a squad

Voidsmen-at-arms - Nothing particularly navy-ish about their rules. Can represent Frateris Militia with some lasguns, some kind of heavy rapid fire weapon and something weird for the dogo (Arco Flagellant?)

Sisters of Battle & Immolator - also self explanatory

Subductor Squad - can represent the Crusaders of old that were bodyguards and such for the Ministorum. From a competitive standpoint these are probably the best place to drop a Priest for his melee buff.

The Ecclesiarchy has its own naval vessels, so even Voidsmen would work as "security forces" with the Decree Passive. Even using regular Voidsmen or Naval Breachers with different heads could be fun.
