Thinking about running Eldar in in upcoming Crusade need help.

I've been playing 40k since RT (Still have parts of a pewter wrraithlord, metal fire dragons, Swooping hawks, and some assorted metal body guadians.)

I started collecting this Army before pandemic. I guess buying here and there; then putting them in “The Pile” adds up after a while.  I have no idea how to play Eldar and welcome sujesttions on how to build/paint it for the crusade.  I’ll be painting as Saim-Hann.
