Left and Right handed pistols source?

Seeing as GW think we only need left handed pistols….

 

Are there any good resin or 3D printed sites to get matching left and right pistols? Ideally in Astartes scaled hands. I’m looking specifically for Volkite (Serpenta) and Melta (Inferno), but bolt and plasma pistols would also be helpful.

There's some good options up on Cults that are what you're probably looking for, I had found a mostly complete set of pistols they just need supports and to be mirrored. They should already be space marine scale, though I scaled mine up as cosplay test pieces.

In that case, any links to those good options AND any recommendations for getting .stls printed would be great - because I don’t have access to a 3D printer.

If you can get your hands on the recently discontinued death company kit (or a parts seller who has them) that had melta pistols for both hands in it.

Ooh, good shout. I’ll have several in the spare parts box then! Thanks. On closer inspection, it’s only 1 in 5 can take Plasma pistols, which Blood Angels can then trade out for Inferno pistols. 

 

I just need Volkite Serpentas for both hands in that case, as that’s a standard choice everyone in the squad can take.

I don't have any recommendations on a printing service, but I know a lot of folks who do have printers will sometimes advertise their services locally.

Try Fiverr.com, it's a services website for private people, many, many people do commission 3D printing all around the world. Be sure to filter by location when you search

It’s pretty cool that GW chose to give us LH pistols, as left handed shooting hands were always hard to come by in years past….

 

Although it would be nice to have options, it’s a really simple conversion to remove a hand from a weapon. So I would be taking all those MkVI bolter hands (RH shooting), removing the bolter. Then remove the pistol from the left hand and glue it to the right. 

 

Also, remember that destroyers come with chainswords as stock equipment. Which means you can have a few not dual wielding weapons, having a pistol, chain sword and second holstered pistol.

Look at Anvil Industries Exo-Lords line- their fusion (melta) and ion (plasma/volkite) pistols should work, and they sell packs of hands that contain both left and right hands.

Don't have specific links on 3rd party 3D bits, but if you find some, ask the seller if they can flip it.  I've done this many times with sellers on eBay and Etsy.
