Hail Brother and Sisters,

                                            Was thinking about some conversion ideas from the new kits.

 

Its possible to make a company heroes squad from the bits. The heavy bolters from the DC dread can go on Infernus marines, or on the handle of a normal bolt rifle (bit of work required) and the SG banner could be good for an ancient.

 

Obviously the blades from the SG and helmets would work on a company champion and if you stick some extra bits on their rifles, the other two will pass as master crafted ECT.

 

Cheap way to turn one of those many assault intercessor squads into something better.

I put together a DIY Company Heroes squad using leftover Characters from Dark Imperium, the Ltd Ed Captain and a rebased Sternguard with HB. Depending on what you are starting with it is quite fun and easy to put together your own squad.
