Interesting bit from the bottom of the article

Later in the week we’ve got coverage of the next supplement for Kill Team, plus an ironclad banger of a Heresy Thursday.

With the pauldrons hint from the Space Wolves character article I'm wondering if we'll be seeing Legion specific shoulder pads for MK.III armour. Ironclad = Iron armour

Here's hoping it's the beginning of another 18 weeks of shoulder pads

Wow wasn't expecting new LI tiles! That makes getting a table of them way more interesting imho.

Yeah, these look great. I’ve got two sets of the tiles, I’ll probably get two of these as well.

It’s great to see some variation in the terrain.

How are you finding the plates? I'm tempted to get them but worry they would look too samey and be vulnerable to being knocked about.

I’m so happy to see the Constructs are coming out, they’re vital to play Dark Mechanicum.

When I first saw the tiles, I was excited because I thought they would be compatible with the FW Titanicus tiles, but then I realized that they are too thin to properly match up. Ah well.

Does anyone know what's going to happen to the Gellerpox kit?

I thought it was going to be in this release wave, but it looks there won't be a KT box for them anymore. I can't believe they're discontinuing these awesome minis... Maybe they're waiting for the DG release to rebox them as a DG kit?

Not my first association of ironclad ( wich just now I realize can be read as clad in Iron).. I immediately expected dreadnoughts, being not native english I know the word from only two coincidentally very similar things ; 40k ironclad dreadnought and a final fantasy giant golem type called ironclad ( some versions robotic I think ) so I always assumed it meant something in that vein :) but its basically anything in Iron?

Original historical meaning is the first types of steam powered naval warships that were covered entirely in metal, as opposed to being made out of only exposed wood.

The Titus model..... it could just be a victim of the angle of the photo

But either way not for me. I'm not a huge fan or pre-modelled battle damage and for me, this would at most be conversion material for another assault intercessor so I don't really need it.

I am very tempted but he Ork/Ratling kill team. I do want both of these and the terrain would be nice too.  Price dependent this may me my Christmas present this year.
For the Orks - I like these a lot and if it is a team that needs more bodies I have, somewhere, the old metal Tankbustas (possibly a bit/small hunched over vs the new ones but we'll see) and a fairly large Ork infantry bitz box to call on. Orks generally are some of my favorite models to paint and I've had a fairly long break from them for focus on other things for a bit.
The Ratlings just tickle me - I like them a lot despite not having much in the way of guard to marry them up with outside of kill team.

110 euros,... I cant obviously see something at that price to get a direct 'GW charges this much in euros and this much in pounds for the same set etc'
115 euros for the vanguard combat patrol is £87.50 so maybe around £85 then.

Ionus is 110Euros / £85.

I don't see the 'Civitas Imperialis Elevated Plaza' on the price list (unless got cut off at the bottom) so fear that will be GW direct only, therefore no discount

Are we not still waiting on more KT re-releases?

If so, I would assume it's just still being repackaged.

I've checked the pending KT kits and the only ones left are the Gellerpox Infected and the Elucidian Starstriders which got reboxed as Rogue Trader Entourage and Voidsmen-at-Arms. But I don't know what's going on with that kit because it's marked as 'online only'.

They’re OK. My game table has a small lip around the edge which keeps the tiles locked in place. I’ve seen other people use magnets to keep the tiles together - if they were just placed down loose they probably would be susceptible to getting knocked around a little.

I’m glad they’re coming out with new variations of tiles though.

Gellerpox do seem to have been left out for now, oddly. I wonder if that mention of the next supplement just means something like a battle report of Brutal and Cunning, perhaps using the stronghold terrain. Wouldn't it be weird to tease the next expansion just before pre-orders of this one?

It's great to see the Stalkers released for LI. They're lovely models which I'm looking forward to using in Titanicus, and possibly LI. I'm a little bit surprised the Thanatars are the first set to be released on their own from the Mechanicum though. You'd have thought the infantry sprue would make more sense, especially as you can actually field those infantry along with Stalkers - unlike the Thanatars.

Edit: I prefer the LI tiles to the roads, though I'd definitely skip them all. The roads do nothing and these just seem like hills that are difficult for models to access. I've seen people use the hills from old world and they look pretty good at this scale.
