Outriders and ATVs could definitely benefit from new proper kits with actual options. With the Invader in particular, aside from its crippling lack of IED protection (read: the lazy gits at GW gave it the Rogal Dorn underside protection system, which is to say none) and IMO at least need for a less Mario Kart design, it could do with some more weapon options. A heavy bolter would be nice (as with the multi-melta option it'd then be a true successor/proxy to the venerable attack bike) but I'd also give it the options of a heavy flamer (for close-range horde toasting) and an autocannon (enabling it to act as a high-mobility counter to light armour and monsters). As for Outriders, access to special weapons would definitely help.

Meh, the difference between a MultiMelta and a Lastalon is pretty minor.  Fixing Twin Linked is higher on my list - as is 3+ATV and an optional 3+ATV or 5 + 5 or 5+ 3+ATV.  Make it a 5/10 Unit, and yes I'd like to see a hidden Power Fist on the Serg, as well as some sort of Tank Killer for 1 per five and the Serg in the Jump Pack Assault Intercessors etc - alternately borrowing the Anti-X on the Charge from the Ravenwing Unit has some potential - but this double whammy on harder to kill tanks, and fewer tank killing melee...

S10 vs S9 can be a pretty big difference on the wound roll, not to mention minimum 2 damage vs minimum 1 damage.
