You know what... had I even realised I might have leaned into this idea but it's completely accidental! Only zooming right into that 1st picture do i see what you mean. But no, I didn't paint actual eyes behind the mask but I kinda wish I had now! Literally just finished painting them this afternoon as regular lenses.
