Kind of looks like the ornament the templar in the foreground is wearing.

Considering the new drop pod reveal and the one in the back of the image might not be coincidence.

Also the Templar that like he's holding an evicerator in the background.

It could be an upgrade kit for an existing unit.

The prevalence of Navigator skulls used in the BT refresh's lineup makes me think this is really for us. It could be generic, but I think the skull would have been regular human skull in that case. So it's probably a character, maybe a backpack icon, terminator top icon or even a banner pole icon.

I'm finding myself hoping it'll be a Terminator Marshal as I would love to have a source for some BT Terminator bits.

The too good to be true dream scenario would be that it's actually a full squad, and that's the sergeant's icon. Yeah, not happening, but would be cool.

I may be thinking old school, but it looks like an Iron Halo to me.  And a unique skull, not a standard human one as Reinhard mentioned.  So I am thinking a character Marshall, maybe a Castellan.

SB Termies would be nice so maybe it is a character to lead them?

Wild idea: (assuming it's based on the above artwork) what if It's another Sword Brethren [in Tacticus armour] kit? With the ETB versions from the last couple of new edition launch boxes both Bladeguard and Stenguard have 6 and 10 unique models, respectively. Enough for each to field a full squad; I could definitely see a lot of Frater buying another new kit to further build out their SB. Alternatively, could it be a Hounds of Morkai style witch-hunter unit? That thing looks a lot like the Skull of Cacodominus, and BT do famously hate witches, so it could make sense.

That's a curious picture, it looks like there's a guy in gold in the back with no obvious BT iconography, indeed his backpack topper looks like a statue of an angel, he's almost Sanguinary Guard-esque; most of the other marines have no obvious rank markings, and that one guy has a Lieutenant stripe on his helmet and Fast Attack shoulder pads with the red trim.
