Realistically, our best bet would be for GW to view the Assault Terminator release as an event unto itself, and use that to push a new range of Terminator upgrade sprues for a number of chapters at around the same time, and then hope to be one of the chapters that gets a kit. But blood angels just had their range update so the boat has sailed on that count and the wolves are rumoured to be getting their own specific terminator kit so it wouldn't make sense for them to also get assault terminators.
