I suspect that a lot of 40k holidays are more local. Sanguinala is unusual in that it is celebrated Imperium-wide. Some of the old fluff mentioned the  feast of the Emperor's ascension but I don't know if it is universally celebrated.

The Ecclesiarchy uses 'feast' in the same way that the Catholic church does for feast days for saints; not a large meal but just a 'celebration', hence why many of these are actually marked with fasting.
