Hopefully we will see a tie-in novel for Lysander.  40K IF have been starved of, well, everything really.  They deserve some lore love.

There was a bit in the vid about 11th coming sooner rather than later

 

Its always the big summer.release so I doubt theyd move it forward by a whole year. Might just be a rare versus box with marines later in 2025 or a marine box?

A marine box would match what they did in 9th edition (Augustus) but I don't think it'll be for these characters in particular as it would be hard to market.

Yeah would for generics. Plenty of options for a box in 10th and 11th launch eg jump characters, bike units, tactical intercessors etx

I cant check the video now, what was the context for this ?

 

Personally i wondered earlier if the rumors of 11th edition box being spacemarines vs Orks box ( with a strong narrative focus on space wolves vs orks  ) isnt in fact 11th editions starterbox but a shadowspear like kick off box for a campaign, maybe even featuring space wolves. 

So is the context truelly about the edition or rather about the Orks vs marine box/narrative rumors from wich a new edition is assumed ?

 

As for the space marine character rumors, i still insist I think this edition will see all resin removed one way or another. And the few left-behinds  will either find coverage in a marine 2.0 wave, end of edition campaign or kill team ( remember we probably have 12 this edition, could easily see a tau stealth killteam including sniper drone guy and an ork shaman + minderz  team to cover those ones for example.)

Last real Jetbike besides the Custodes and whatever insane kitbashed stuff House Escher is cooking up in the Ash Wastes.

 

Regardless, the Rumour Engine that seems to connect to "New Jetbike Character" is of a clearly Primaris Jet Exhaust, so unless GW are going to try and tell us Vehicles can cross the Rubricon Primaris, I doubt it's Sammael.

 

Also, Sammael is a Dark Angels character and iirc Valrak's rumours are about generic LSM, not the Divergents.

Also also, Dark Angels have already had a big wave this edition, so they don't really need anything else yet.

Well that's blatantly false now bless him, he maybe needs a new mini to get him in plastic, but I don't think the jetbike being unique is a valid reason any more.

Well, they´re still missing ezekiel and Sammael. everyone else is already primarinaded or got their mini, plus new primaris chracter too

Age Of Sigmar once again did it better. Every army came with three detachments to start with before getting their books, and now several armies in 40k get just about a year to enjoy different things.

No he isn’t.  The Custodes have functioning jet bikes.  
 

I’d rather they didn’t make a new version because the original version of Corvex is a thing a of beauty, and an update with the current marine vehicle aesthetic is bound to produce something markedly inferior.

Will it still be on the same sized Base and will it have a Flight Stand?
