No, to clarify from my rambling: 1 house = 2700kwh 13 house = 35000kwh. 35000 = 8% of total. Total = 440,000 kwh. That's based on those panels mentioned in the article installed back in 2017. It'll be higher now I'd think, though they have more solar panels since then as well.
