Was looking for the download on WHC and couldn't find the rules for the Castra Ferrum Dreadnought anywhere.  Are those still usable in HH2.0?  I kinda want to add some to my Space Wolves if they're allowed and still have rules.  Always liked the looks of those, both the resin FW version and the Murderfang kit (but not with Murderfang's face!).

We got you, Brother, here: https://assets.warhammer-community.com/dave-s-downloads-25-09/horusheresy_legaciesoftheageofdarkness_legionesastartes_eng_24.09.23.pdf

I also agree with using the Murderfang model as just a Dread, after a headswap.  You also reminded me to get my All-Dread Rites of War going.

pity we lost the volkite one though :(

Which is strange as that made the most sense, the box dread being the old dread and the volkite being the old weapon.

Yeah. But those rules were made to "recycle" and give a new live the old Dread  models from plastic, metal and resin. Sadly those models had no volkite weapons because in that time, FW didn't made any and GW didn't made any rules or even background info.

Sad, so sad indeed, but logical in the end.

I think the box-dread's weapons are the same as the contemptor's (bar the melta which is a multi-melta and not a gravis melta for 25 more points for a worse weapon, logic), so that would be the ballpark.

Yeah but I think contemptors get twin-linked volkite, and the old castraferrum was just single, so would need a little discount (or upgrade - I haven’t done a conversion yet, but am tempted)
