It's been pointed out to me elsewhere that on the article they state "But for now, here’s a taste of what’s to come in 2025…", which could be implying they're not necessarily what's getting shown at LVO, thus the presence of the obvious Thanatar?

Only problem is the way the video is edited as if they were the things that will be at LVO, however, this is also a likely explanation, especially if they issue no correction on social media of the systems at LVO.

On the plus side, we've only got twelve days to find out? Technically they could reveal the HH model this Thursday.

I assumed this too, as the article implies that , but the video makes it clearer for LVO... using the word reveals instead

And yet there's this:

Then again, it's from Age of Sigmar Warhammer Facebook, so take with a grain of salt still.

Ok interesting, that could mean this is just the forgotten 2025 teaser video and none of what is shown is necessarily shown at the show.

This could cause riots in the EC topic on the 16th XD.

Well 40k is at least on the docket and I’d be surprised if they’d show a silhouette for something they’ll reveal after this show if they’re doing reveals for that game. I think last years were like the next thing to be revealed for each game. Just a weird case with the HH one I guess for whatever reason.

I could see the EC reveal, if nothing more than to keep the hype train going to AdeptiCon. I then think we'll see a Knights reveal still, as that will be next after Eldar.

To redirect away from GW's confusing messaging, what do you think we can expect from Black Library? Just that era of ruin anthology

I think it is far more likely the T.sons bots will be revealed at Adepticon. We still have to get through the Kreig release, Eldar(feb-ish), imperial/chaos knights, and whatever else GW has for the next couple months before their proclaimed "year of Chaos" even begins, which I geuss is going to be kicked off with Emperors Children. (before death guard, t.sons, and world eaters get their turn).

Kicking off a "Year of Chaos" in late spring makes sense since that will take them up to the start of summer 2026 which is the assumed launch date of 11th edition.

Not sure why everyone's getting confused. The article clearly states there's reveals for the mentioned factions separate from the 2025 model reveal.

From the article:

"We’ve got loads of exciting things to show off from Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Warhammer: The Old World, and Necromunda, and news from Black Library.

We’ll also be showing off some of the first reveals of 2025. Check out the video or read on for details."

From that same article :

"But for now, here’s a taste of what’s to come in 2025…"

right before showing the pictures.

Also on FB they apparently said its not necessary for LVO

Exactly further proving my point.

My apologies, I misread your point and agree with that.

They edited the article now with this "You'll find some of these miniatures revealed at LVO…"

So Im back to holding out at every inch of hope that LVO will have the corsairs. The krieg going on preorder before the show pans with my theories that those werent shown because GW dont have two such army boxes pending at the same time, and I do still think the next one will be revealed there, wether its EC or Eldar remains to be seen. But has some implications either way.

I wonder if Black library reveal will also have the "possible" alpha legion character from the RE ( although commemorative miniatures tend to have longer time spend in unrevealed status.)

As the great xeno-slayer Ellen Ripley once said "Guys, did IQs drop sharply while I was away?"

The article says, right above the 5 image montage, "But for now, here’s a taste of what’s to come in 2025. You'll find some of these miniatures revealed at LVO…"

I'm going to bet now that the obviously Age of Darkness model will be one not revealed in the reveal event that doesn't include AoD.

The word "some" was appended after the fact iirc

Funny that you offend people's IQ but dont actually read what is being said, that last part is a late addition to the article (as I mentioned).. when all people responded that part of the sentence wasnt there yet. (btw I dont mean this sentence as hard as it sounds ;) just playful banter towards something you probably missed.)

Ok, so i understand that these siluettes are for lvoIMG_20250106_173102.thumb.jpg.ff56d20c8ebdc01a43dac9430ac7f8bb.jpg

Could be, possibly.

In order of likeliest candidates of some I would indeed put these 3 as the most likely candidates starting with the skeleton steed, through lucius and ending whatever it is in green as right now I thinking its either :

-- Necromunda Nomads expansion that coincidentally looks like the AoS incarnate would ( but it seems off from the rumor engine and art, as well as much smaller.)
--
More AoS goblins releases that is not associated with the wolfriders... there are similar ( but much smaller ) millipede creatures on some of the goblins.
-- A creature in a goblins spider themed warcry warband.

And the first two would indeed be possible candidates for LVO.

However Warcom is a mess, Im not that sure about it haha.

@Mogger351Not in my timeline where I got an email, read the article (with clarification) then came here and saw a lot of knickers getting twisted.

@TheMawr those replies came in while I was typing. I assure you I do at least skim-read to the end before I bite.

Maybe I'm just crabby after a weekend in hospital so I'm sorry if it came off as an attack on anyone.

The big news that everyone is sleeping on is the incredible prize for "claiming the top spot and securing a palace at this year's World Championships of Warhammer".
