crimsondave
Title pretty much says it all. I’d love to have all those books but I don’t want to take out a second mortgage to buy them on the 2nd hand market. Marshal Loss
Nope. I don't think we'll see them put on sale again. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/385026-does-gw-ever-reprint-the-hh-black-books/#findComment-6086009 Share on other sites
TheArtilleryman
It’s very unlikely we’ll see the black books reprinted because we are on to the 2nd edition of Horus Heresy now. I think Rogue Trader is the only edition of 40K they’ve ever reprinted and we’re now on to 10th edition. Maybe in a few decades … Shouldn’t encourage this but most of them can be downloaded online if you just want to read them. Second hand is the only way to get physical copies on your shelf these days. Cleon
I think the best hope is that in future (maybe 3rd edition) they'll re-print them with the rules sections replaced, or more likely lift and re-use large sections of them. siegfriedfr
In my opinion, not while the Horus Heresy is a living game. But they might turn up in the vault, stripped of rules. roryokane, skylerboodie and firestorm40k 3 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/385026-does-gw-ever-reprint-the-hh-black-books/#findComment-6086083 Share on other sites

WrathOfTheLion
They had done a few print runs, including a reprint in paperback form during the span of 1E. But I don't think it's likely that they will do it in 2E+. It's a shame, a made-to-order run would be quite nice, as I would be able to order books 4-6 that I'm missing in hardback. crimsondave
It’s a shame. There’s some really good lore in them.
