We're supposedly getting a new wave of models - likely a box of Assault Terminators upscaled to the new size among them.  There's potentially even new units or new datasheets for old units.  Unlikely but potentially - so I thought now would be a good time to take another evaluation pass over the datasheets we already have, while getting ready for any new ones.

Asmodai is still a little bi-polar in that he gives an out of OOM to hit reroll, but his Feared Interrogator is more likely to involve the OOM target (due to the presence of CHARACTER(s) preferally multiple to max the Battle Shock chances

Azrael - in a back handed kind of way - gains value for adding 1CP because the freebie Strats from Rites got nerfed a couple times since release.

Belial is still pretty meh.

Deathwing Knights got pretty interesting as one of the few units with Anti-Monster, plus some Anti-Vehicle.  The GWotU Sergeant version not being similar is pretty wonky but whatevs.  WIth the Duty Eternal style -1D bespoke and the maces, they in theory make for a potential guard for the Lion.   But they're still slow.

Deathwing Terminator Squads - still miss their ability to mix n match  +1 to Hit and +1 to Wound on the OOM target with a buncha Thunderhammers would be a neat trick but not overwhelming.

Ezekiel as a named Libby gains nothing really from the Libby Grotmas Det. - he sadly doesn't give the 4++/4+++ like Tigurius so he doesn't synergize well with the Inner Circle Champions.

ICC:  haven't really changed since release

Lazarus:  Didn't have Rites, and hasn't changed much - still has a sort of Gotcha! one-trick pony to absolutely faceroll people who don't pay attention to keyword cross over and how many psychics  cross over with Monsters and/or characters.

Land Speeder Vengeance: Twin Linking + +1 to wound for overcharged plasma is a boost - at S9, you're pretty much wounding on 4's or better, rerolled.

The Lion has already been covered - he's in a bad spot compared to Guilliman.  He's not bad in and of himself though.   He realistically only has one usable Primarch ability,

Nephilim Jet Fighter:  Still suffer from the opportunity cost for AIRCRAFT which hammers the value any of those units pretty hard.

Ravenwing Black Knights + Ravenwing Command Squad is still a nifty unit getting some limited Anti-Vehicle and Anti-Monster - they need to be designed around if included, but can have decent performance if so.  Sammael can also fit in here

The Dark Talon is also an AIRCRAFT with the resulting opportunity cost.  That said, there is potential from the Stasis Bomb.  Max 90 Turns, 18" range on the big gun, and 50/50 effects  on the bomb all combine to really chip away at the stasis bomb overcoming those costs.
