Having woken up in the middle of the night yet again it occurred to me to see what was in stock in the new 40k Aeldari release... and all of the new Phoenix Lords and a good chunk of the aspect warriors are out of stock or allocated already on the GW site and most of the online stores that I've looked at. I hadn't realised just how bad GW's stock allocation issues are currently. I'm not disheartened, as much as I adore the new Spiders, Hawks and so on I have plenty in all my armies and other stuff I don't collect to keep me bust until they re-stock but it does look just a bit silly to see so much of the new release being unavailable.

I am not sure how many they are producing and or sending out but Krieg was sold out in minutes and there were 3 types at my LGS. English and French - Wave 2 English with slight delay in release. All sold out near instantly, and those aren't going to scalpers.

As for Elder. I checked on them 5 hours after release and all the Lords were sold out except 1 Asurman. Fire dragons were sold out. The other boxes had a very limited supply. It's hard to say for sure since I don't know how many the store gets, but he said "not enough sadly" he has more customers than product and no control over what is sent to him in terms of quantity. He tries to order more but it seems like he never gets his full order and he doesn't know when things will be back in stock if ever.

1st, thx for keeping an eye out.  Now, I know, I KNOW, I gotta update this graph, but reminder:

This is a graph of GW's Revenue (i.e. sales) alongside its Property, Plant and Equipment (i.e. the value of their factories.)

GW is constantly investing in, maintaining, replacing, updating, upgrading their Factories...but it's the same 3 factories since, like, forever.  However, GW has grown about 4x to 5x times since 2016...but it's still the same 3 factories.  They just couldn't keep up the supply with this grown in demand.

Brother Takatos is right, there IS a stock allocation problem and FLGSs aren't getting what they asked for, and neither are Warhammer Stores or GW's own online shop, and that allocation problem stems really from them not being able to even CREATE enough stock.  Reminder why GW's Factory 4 is important.
