With the recent release of the new Codex: Aeldari and many exciting updates for models in that range, our theme for this month's banner will be the Asuryani - the Aeldari of the Craftworlds (not the Anhrathe/Corsairs, not the Rillietann/Harlequins, not the Drukhari/Dark Eldar, not the Ynnari, not the Exodites). Your banner image may include any Asuryani models from throughout the years, including those that harken back to the days of the "Space Elves" moniker. As usual, all imagery should be of your own work (though AI backgrounds are acceptable), and you must include the B&C logo (you may stylize your own, if you want) or the site's name ("Bolter & Chainsword" or "Bolter and Chainsword" or "B&C" as you wish) in a way that is visible as legible.

 

You can submit your banner entry by uploading your image to the site banner submissions gallery and posting a reply in this discussion showing both the image, the image URL, and a link to your blog (if applicable). You can see more information about the banner of the month here.

 

The winner will be selected by the community in a poll.

 

The deadline for submissions will be Friday, 25 April (i.e., whenever I log in on the morning of Saturday, 26 April).

 

And if you've been keeping up on current events, you might have a guess about what next month's theme will be...

Shifted from March to May

Since no one submitted an image in February or March, I've shifted this to May, with a deadline in April.

I made this one a little while ago to potentially submit at some point, but I know it doesn't follow the Aeldari brief requested.

Apparently no one likes the themed banners. Either that or there's some anti-Asuryani sentiment hindering efforts.

 

So we'll go with a non-theme for June. @drakheart's submission will be included with all of the other non-themed entries that have previously been submitted, and others are welcome to submit their own banners.

 

Deadline for submissions will be Friday, May 23, with public voting to start Saturday, May 24 and the winning banner being added to the rotation starting June 1.
