Big bugs - 1250 p

Hello! I'm a fairly new Tyranid player. Mostly I've played with Space Wolves before. Got great answers to my last question (especially from TheNicronomicon ) 
But I've changed my mind a bit...

I would like to create a Tyranid army that contains almost only large bugs. 

I mostly play for fun and will not play competitively.

I have a seller that I can buy any monsters from at a good price. He has almost everything and says he is happy to sell to me.

My friends and I mostly play 1250 point matches so at first it's enough for me to get up to those points.

I have 2 Psychophages that I like to use.

For yout information I have the new Combat Patrol + an extra winged Tyranid Prime. But these don't need to be used in my army.

I became very fond of the seller's Norn Assimilator or Norn Emissary. So I would have loved to have one of those in my army. I also like Tyrannofex and Hive Tyrants.

Anyone have good suggestions for a nice 1250p army list?

This is semi close to my 2k list. But here is what I would run in 1250. I have taken into consideration that you want a Hive Tyrant, 2 Psychophages and a Norn Emissary. As well as a Tyrannofex.

 

 

Char1: 1x Winged Hive Tyrant ): Warlord, Tyrant talons, Monstrous Bonesword and Lash Whip
Enhancement: Ominous Presence

1x Biovores ): Chitin-barbed Limbs, Spore Mine Launcher
1x Lictor ): Lictor Claws and Talons
1x Exocrine (): Bio-plasmic Cannon, Powerful Limbs
1x Exocrine (): Bio-plasmic Cannon, Powerful Limbs
1x Norn Emissary (): Monstrous rending claws, Monstrous scything talons, Psychic tendril
1x Psychophage (): Psycholastic Torrent, Talons and Betentacled Maw
1x Psychophage (): Psycholastic Torrent, Talons and Betentacled Maw
1x Tyrannofex (): Powerful Limbs, Stinger Salvoes, Rupture Cannon

 

The biovore sits on home objective. your lictor is lone op and does secondaries. Exocrines are shooting. Tyrannofex is tank shooting or armor. The Norn Walks up sit on an objective and holds it for as long as it can. the Psychopages can help him, as well as being tough on their own and good for secondaries as well. The Winged Tyrant has added OC to help hold objectives.

The problem with this list is Horde GSC. if they are bringing 120+ models that is over 200 OC and that is hard for most armies to deal with. you have to kill them fast and this isn't a super fast army. its not slow, but we aren't eldar in this list. I am less worried about guard, the rupture cannons will take care of their tanks. i used to run 3 RCs. but 3 feel like too much and I wanted 3 norns. lol You could sub out a norn for another Tyrannofex and something else, that might be better honestly. I think the most competitive is like Assimalation or whatever it's called but crusher can still hold it's own and I like big bugs. This same list or similar won a GT or RTT this past weekend, so it works. Just has some bad matchups here and there. like most armies.
