I recently received this handsome chap from a good friend of mine and I would like to see it repainted in the same colours of my Kreig regiment. To that end I'd like to strip a few layers of paint off if possible. The problem is, it's a pretty chunky lad and I think just pouring paint stripper into a bucket and dropping it in seems a bit wasteful. It there any other way I can do this without wasting tons of paint remover? Thanks in advance.

As you're UK based, I recommend this. It's thick and gloopy (so you can dollop it on and spread it around), and it's fine for resin. Give it 20-30 minutes (until you get a feeling for using it), then take a toothbrush to it. Worth pointing out that it's messy, and now available at The Range since Wilko went under.
