He would be a Blood Angels release, so next edition at the earliest.

Vague possibility that it could come alongside an end of edition campaign, that is how Dante and Mephiston were released afterall. And either Seth or Corbulo seem like the most likely options there.

Of course this does presuppose that there will be an end of edition campaign with associated model released this time around. Which seems historically likey but nothing is guaranteed.

"Corbulo? Of course i know him, he´s me"

You could indeed use The generic sanguinary priest as corbulo. Give him the visions enhancement from LAG and you’re pretty much there.

that said, I’d love it if he got a unique model and rules again.

seth probably deserves that treatment more though, precisely because he isn’t a blood angel

Why can't we just get Rogal Dorn back in 40k? Like literally nothing else is more important or as valuable. Honestly we don't even need other factions. Just make it into Imperial Fists 40,000 and be done with it.

Is he though.

He is missing, presumed dead. He was lost leading an assault on the Chaos flagship, Sword of Sacrilege during the First Black Crusade. All that was recovered was his charred, skeletal hand.

Now I have a theory....

Spoiler

In Praetorian of Dorn, Dorn fights and kills Alpharius just before the Siege of Terra. The books makes a big point that before killing him, Dorn cuts his hands off during their duel. We also know that the Primarchs are so genetically similar that they are very difficult to tell apart. Curze was once able to launch a Drop Pod assault from the Invincible Reason using his own geneprint, despite it being supposedly locked to Lion'el Johnson.

This means that Dorn was potentially wandering around with a spare Primarch hand in his pocket. Now let's say that Dorn decides he needs to go under cover for some reason (secret mission, vision from the Emperor, craving for a jumbo pepperoni pizza etc). He leads what looks like a suicide mission, drops Alpharius's severed hand for his sons to find and slips away into obscurity. I am not saying this is definitely what happened but given the way GW have written the stories, they could have Dorn return without it being a massive retcon.

If you're looking for something to rhyme with the events of Pluto, I think it more likely that Omegon was on the Sword of Sacrilege, cut off Dorn's hand, and left it where the Imperium would find it.  Pretending Alpharius' hand is his hand doesn't sound like something Mr. Straight-Laced would do, same with slipping into obscurity or going undercover.  It's not his style.  Remember, this is the guy who was against using assassins to kill Horus before he got to Terra (see: Horus Heresy: Nemesis).

Yeah honestly then new model of the generic Sang Priest is already only barely decorated enough for my tastes, he looks more like a sanguinary Novitiate than a full priest if not for the chalice hanging from his belt, So for the Hight Priest? nah not enough for my liking.

GW will stop making primarchs (in plastic) when they stop making money. Not doing them leaves too much money on the table.

Im sure they make money. But no one at my club (which has a very wide age range) has a 40k Primarch. HH group do.
