You are worthy - those little guys are so cute in their metalic purple and white.

Man, that was a tough choice - I could easily have voted for 1/2 of them.

How did I get on this list!? I am not worthy! I am not worthy! <bows with arms outstretched>

That purple is simply outstanding

Whoa, thank you for the compliment, I don't feel like I am nearly good enough to be on here!

The quality and imagination of your conversions and counts-as are always a pleasure to admire

Well, that's something I didn't expect when opening the thread to cast my vote !

You really took me by surprise...

I'll echo @LameBeard on this : How did I get on this list? Though I think he totally deserves it for his vibrant purple teeny tiny deredeos!

that being said, my techmarine isn't an Ultramarine but a Void Cuirassier, my custom chapter. The shoulder pad is in macragge blue though so I understand the confusion !

Could it be that Grot likes Dreadnoughts.  About half the favourites are big stompy robots...

Thanks for the nod back in Jan last year mate.  Though honestly to me you cant go past that Stormsurge

I genuinely didnt pick it up 'til I complied the pics....

Firstly, thanks Grot for putting this together. Very much appreciated.

This is extremely hard. A really good batch of great pieces. With so many different styles, and model size, I almost wish there was a few categories. As others noted we have a interesting lack of characters compared to large robots with blocky legs. There's also some very good conversion work, but I don't want the choice to overshadow a well painted 'standard' figure.

Then there's the strong paint jobs with traditional colours, and highlighting, or blending which contrast with the grimdark look which is almost another category in itself. (I've painted a few armies this way, and it's not as straight forward as some people think as the materials can be quite diverse (oils, enamels, powders, etc.)

So after looking up and down the list several times.... I'm going to have to force myself to vote, but I just had to say these are fantastic.

Thanks for putting in the work and having the courage to post it. (I know it can be daunting sometimes.) Most of all thanks for sharing your quality work here on the BnC! I think we've always had an extremely rich bounty of talented hobbyists here going back decades. Thanks for being a part of that.
