Either an Inquistor or Navigator might work if you wanna go the Allied route. If you want to stick to the Space Wolf range perhaps a Librarian in Phobos armor. Psyker powers can account for the stats while Phobos helps with the lighter aspect of the model. Also I believe their power is Shrouding which gives the unit Stealth and can't be shot with ranged attacks outside of 12". She does look "shrouded" and Space Wolves are known for their stormy/wind powers (Njal Stormcaller for instance). Just an idea.
