Using Solar Auxilia in place of Skitarii models?

Wondering what you guys think of using them over the skitarri? for the basic troops?

what are some of the problems I might run into?

I guess missing some of the weapons?

I must admit I don't have any experience with the kit, but mashing them with the Skitarii kit could make some interesting household guard for the Imperial Knight houses. I'm fairly sure Duncan Rhode's Youtube channel did a good video on painting them for that particular purpose.

Oh ok, I know duncans channel. I will take a look. I just don't like the robes on the skitarri guys

Indeed, mostly all special weapons. The galvanic rifles or radium carabines can easily be found as spares at bargain price on ebay, but other specials are more tricky or costly.
