THE MARCH FOR MARCH! - 2025 - Embrace your Madness!

Here are some pictures of my March for March completion:

 

To be completely honest, a couple of details are not finished, such as the leathers and some lenses, and I still don't know where I'm going with the lieutenant's blade...

I would also like to clean the camo pattern a little, and to integrate better the flight stands in the basing. I might add some litter objects, not sure yet.

As its now well past midnight on the 25th everywhere I am declaring the March for March closed.  I'll try and get an even summary up in the next day or so.  Given how things have been of recent... that could take a bit...

Welp....

 

That final update ran about as well as the rest of the event for me.

 

I want to apologise to those whom took up the March this year.  I have been dealing with some things, including total hobby burn out, that have greatly affected my abilities to commit as fully as I needed to to this.  I mean I didn't even get a WIP photo of my own up.  So I apologise whole heartedly and, if I am back on board this time next year, hopefully next years March will run so much better.

 

Anyway, enough self flagellation, some of you awesome people completed the March and honour is due where it is due.

 

I haven't got an award sorted yet, but hopefully will soon.  With everything going on with the awards update with the forum it might be for the best anyway.

 

So, join me all in congratulating this years winners of the March for March:

Thanks Brother! I’m really glad you ran it again as it made me paint the tanks. Otherwise they’d just be left there in a box blank. Instead, they are now on a shelf taking pride of place with my other 5.

 

Also, no apologising needed. You ran the event and we got lots out of it - real life happens to all of us :)

As @TheArtilleryman said, no need to apologize, the event was great! I had a great time painting up some space marines so now I have an combat patrol to play against my chaos space marines. Real life can put a major damper on things, I hope everything is going alright. Thanks again for running this event!
