This upcoming kit allows you to build four of either the Questoris Knight Magaera or Styrix, with a choice of Mechanium or Questoris Household banners. The box also contains two command terminals for use in games of Adeptus Titanicus. Rules for these miniatures are found in the Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legions Imperialis Rulebook, while further options for Mechanicum, Dark Mechanicum and Questoris Familia are found in The Rise of the Dark Mechanicum.

Can’t believe I’m disappointed heresy Thursday wasn’t an Imperial Fists character…

Kudos to GW for making me (someone who's diehard IW) a bit disappointed that it's not an Imperial Fist character

Never thought that'd happen

Glad to see more mini-30k offerings – a nice expansion for LI and a slight shot in the arm for AT, too.

Even if I'm not all that into Knights, I can appreciate the detail on these. Lovely little kits, and though I'm surprised to see boxes of four (rather than the six, as in the Questoris boxes), it's nice to have all the weapon options present.

Well those look absolutely great. And we'll probably see those in larger scale plastic before long as well then!

Also lovely they keep adding in titancus rules in these boxes.

Why do people keep repeating the it's in li so we will get it in big scale?

The only item that has made it across is the Hermes sentinel

What do you mean? Almost all the stuff we got in li plastic we got in larger scale plastic?

No?

The mechanicum came out in big scale first and Solar aux was more or less a simultaneous release with li ( The li solar aux infantry are also the older designs)

The majority of li kits have not become big scale, marine fast attack box, sa super heavies, dark mech spiders and artalax, more marine vehicles etc

Thinking about it the karacnos was shown in li scale first so technically two kits have made it across

Erh all the LI solar stuff was out months before the large release wave 1.. So much so people inferred it was the "Mystery army" on the Horus Heresy roadmap, but okay. (Just looked it up, LI starter was a (delayed from August) preorder in November 2023. With previews in June/July SA large scale had the starter box in early March 2024, with wave 1 following in April. And an infantry teaser at new years)

The DarkMech spiders are already teased in the Warcom article as coming out later in 32mm.

Li Arvus flyer was out way before the large release.

SA valdor and infernus were in the first wave of LI; only just released.

SA LI Basilisk/Medusa were shown aug 23 the large variants late February 2024.

Ursurax were in the li mech starter, only just previewed, haven't released yet.

Cerastus knights were out in small scale plastic years before the large scale. (But fine initially different game system)

Finally, the release order doesn't really have much bearing on the topic. If we get a unit in plastic in one system, it's very likely to show up in the other in plastic, especially vehicles. Both Andy Hoare and other designers have stated they design these kits in conjunction.

Well, this came out of nowhere. I'm glad to see those wonderful new knights but sad to see no news about the mechanicum tanks teased age ago...

And to be honnest, I'd rather have prefered the moirax/armiger in plastic before those new questoris kits.

Who knows, maybe they already planed them...

As someone who was considering picking up the resin models but a bit off put by the price, this is quite welcome. I’d love to see Armigers get the same treatment!

It's the main reason I've held off on buying the resin armigers: hope they'll be turned into plastic sets.
