[Valrak rumour] 10th edition WE Combat Patrol

Valrak's latest video includes whispers of the new WE Combat Patrol:

 

• 10 Jakhals
• 10 Berzerkers
• Daemon Prince
• Master of Executions

I think anything would have been a step down from the current Combat Patrol, but doesn't seem too bad when compared to some of the other 10th edition 'Patrols.

I am preemptively disappointed for this release. I hope they will at least toss us a bone and let us take a foot lord by head swapping the CSM model the same way that we can take the MoE.
 

The options are all fitting for World Eaters, it’s a glaring omission from our current roster, and it’s such a good model, being an homage to the early 3rd edition metal Chaos Lord. That would make a good addition to a combat patrol. I’m sure they won’t though.

Value-wise the current box is more valuable but it’s pretty close. If anyone is thinking about picking up a box of either you should just consider what models you want more. 
 

I’m surprised it wouldn’t include the new rumored Beserker surgeon. However if it’s in the combat patrol they may not sell as many individual kits.

 

I suspect the limited edition box will have the Beserker surgeon, 20 Zerkers, 2 Eightbound.
