Best proxies for brothers lost to the thirst and rules.

So we know both from an old comic, and DoB battle brothers who give in to the thirst completely they eventually begin to mutate.

 

so what models are out there that can best be used to represent these brothers on the table top and what kind of profile would you give them?

I mean this is just rough idea.

 

but considering they have 0 ranged fire power, and can’t hold objectives I didn’t think 15ppm was that bad since DC are 17ppm and can hold objectives if with a chaplain, and can have some ranged attacks, but I could still see about 17-19ppm

I would use the rules for Wulfen. These are already balanced and seem pretty thematic too since both cases are effectively caused by overactive geneseed.
