40K Veteran but "new" on the forum!

Hi all! I registerd the account a few weeks ago and missed out on introducing myself, which i want to catch up on now. I have been a long time lurker on this forum and i really like the broad, diverse discussions and hobby enjoyment  that people live here. I feel it is time to join in and contribute to the community here.

 

I started with 40K decades ago with 2nd edition. Ultramarines where my first army then and a short while after i fell in love with Tyranids which are till today my favorite faction. During the years i collected several factions and build up a lot of armies. After having sold two Marine Chapters and two Tyranid Hive Fleets a just started new armies for both of these. Maybe i am insane, but i enjoy to develop new paintschemes and backgrounds and making things come to life that i thought about a lot. I am also a fan of papercraft modelling and create some terrain with a friend of mine (besides our dayjobs). Some might have seen the blog here on the website.

 

I am looking forward for my time here on the B&C and plan to open some WIP-Threads/Blogs for my new Marines and Tyranids and mor e of the terrain we are offering.

Welcome!  I had noticed your terrain blog - you have some really nice stiff (I particularly like the defense line).

 

Look forward to seeing what new paint schemes you come up with for your marines and nids.

Thanks for your words. I hope you like the communications tower either. I just used the time to start a WIP thread for my marines. Help would be great.

Great looking GSC in your gallery, I especially like your rail track bases.

I've liked GSC since Genestealer but only now starting to collect them.
