Cultists - Dont care.

Angron - Meh. If you are into Primarchs, great, if you think that the Hero Hammer Special Character focus of modern 40K is a Bug, not a Feature?

2 Lords? Its one, some flying Jugger new Special Character (see above) is not something on my Bingo list.

Berzerkers - Noted.

8 Bound, again, nobody wanted mutated beefy boys. We could have used specific Possessed.

Its miles away from what EC got, because EC got actual EC units.

Or are Tzaangors now Thousand Sons as well?

I mean you are unhappy with what the army got.. ok... but that doesn't mean the army didn't get it. 8 bound are specific possessed... I mean that is what they are in the lore, they are possessed.

Not sure what is meant by a bug and not a feature in terms of adding in Primarchs. they sell well an most people like that. I think there would have been more upset people if there was no Angron.

No it's 2 lords. 2 different data sheets that do 2 different things. One is a special character and the other is not.

Yes Tzaangors count as a Tsons units. Or at least I counted them as such. Just like I count pox walkers as a DG unit. I can remove Tzangors if you want from the count above but it makes Tsons even smaller.

You might be more happy with the look and the name of the units for EC but the reality is EC has 1 more unit over WE right now. It's not that huge a gap.

If you wish to ignore the distinction being made, thats fine. We dont need to continue as I already know what the "World Eater" release was, what the EC was, and which one is a better reflection of the Legion's those books want to claim to represent.

I am not ignoring anything. you have an opinion on the release. I don't share that opinion and if we look at the stats of it from a 1 for 1 perspective WE really aren't behind at all.

You are ignore units because you don't like that. That is fine, your prerogative. But it doesn't mean they don't exist or fit the army. You might be upset because old "classic" units haven't made it into the army yet. But EC just did the same thing. So I am not ignoring anything, you and I just do not agree on what the WE release was or is, and comparing actual number of releases when looking at the other legions. DG stands well above the rest. The others, are not that far off.

I actually quite like the Ad Mech team, will likely buy them when they have a separate release for kitbashing my 30K army. Slight aside here, am I the only one that looked at that balloon model for the old world army and thought that would be a baller model for Ad Mech?

I must admit I feel sorry for World Eaters players. They got Berzerkers, slightly bigger Berzerkers and now they have an even biggerer Berzerker. I feel there is just so much you could do with the faction and just making bigger Berzerkers with a little big more demon influence and trying to split that into two different kinds of slightly bigger, slightly more mutated Berzerkers just makes the army feel so one-dimensional. Instead of Terminators or Cavalry or Bikes or Jump infantry it's just a lot of angry guys running around. Orks already do that, and they are far less one-note.

100% there are a number of units they could easily use, new bikers, new terminators (although their terminators are very good, new models). Berserkers are kind of the core of the army for a long time, so it's not overly surprising. It is interesting that many would have been ok with just a WE Surgeon - this was the rumour but they aren't ok with a 8 bound Surgeon...

This is exactly my point.

Yes I understand you think it's more thematic for WE and more inline because of lore implication of the past that this should have been the mini and direction they should have gone rather than create something new.

My feelings exactly on the Grey Knights, I was less than impressed with what they revealed. It was laughable because it just illustrates the facts that one, the upgrade sprue for the dreadknight is a band aid on a nasty battle wound ... and two by throwing a bunch of old models in that box is just insulting, and I feel for the poor fellas that buy it and then like you said a year out they get the refresh they needed for a while now. I've always said that Grey Knights should have been THE FIRST range refresh because it's the smallest one, the easiest to pull off. It's crappy & stupid that they will be one of the last ,if not THE last, marine range refresh.

That was a meh 5/10 Adepticon reveal. The space wolves were definitely the highlight. Cathay, if you're into that sort of thing?

They should have received their butcher apothecary model and a squad of WE specific terminators. Done. Happy customers.
